CVIEW "華" (huá in Chinese), honored with the prestigious VOGUE Living Design Awards for 'Best Restaurant Interior Design', is perched on the 16th floor of the iconic M+ building in Hong Kong. This prime location provides a stunning panoramic view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour in West Kowloon. Inspired by the rich flavors of Jiangnan region, our menu also features innovative fusion dishes incorporating the vibrant tastes of Guangdong and Sichuan.

Our exquisite dim sum menu is a true highlight. Each dim sum is meticulously crafted by our star chefs using the finest ingredients, providing you with an unprecedented gourmet feast. In addition to exquisite dim sum, CVIEW is also proud to introduce the "Daqian Menu" inspired by the legendary Chinese artist Zhang Daqian. The creation and inspiration for the "Daqian Menu" are a combination of fate and opportunity: several years ago, the founder of CVIEW was fortunate enough to acquire a handwritten menu by Zhang Daqian himself during a dinner with friends in the 1960s. This artwork was previously cherished by Zhang Daqian's fifth daughter, Ms. Zhang Xinpei, for over fifty years until it was released in recent years and purchased by the founder of CVIEW at a Sotheby's auction in Hong Kong. Subsequently, contact was made with Zhang Daqian's family, and they generously provided the recipes and detailed cooking methods from Zhang Daqian's menu. After months of research with the chef team, this menu spanning over sixty years has finally been reinterpreted and revived.

The "Daqian Menu" offers an eight-course artistic culinary journey that delights your senses. This modern reinterpretation of the artist's home banquet pays homage to Zhang Daqian's legendary legacy while incorporating contemporary culinary techniques. Each dish is a blend of art and cuisine, creating a unique dining experience that invites you to explore the grand world of Zhang Daqian's ink wash landscapes.
