CVIEW "華" (huá in Chinese), honored with the prestigious VOGUE Living Design Awards for 'Best Restaurant Interior Design', is perched on the 16th floor of the iconic M+ building in Hong Kong. This prime location provides a stunning panoramic view of the beautiful Victoria Harbour in West Kowloon. CVIEW is not just a feast for the eyes; it is a culinary masterpiece that captures the essence of Chinese cuisine. Inspired by the rich flavors of Jiangnan region, our menu also features innovative fusion dishes incorporating the vibrant tastes of Guangdong and Sichuan.

Our exquisite dim sum menu is a true highlight. Each dim sum is meticulously crafted by our star chefs using the finest ingredients, providing you with an unprecedented gourmet feast. Delight in our Steamed Grouper Goldfish Dumplings and Steamed Pork Dumplings with Shrimp and Black Caviar, each bite a testament to refined artistry and culinary excellence. For those who enjoy a mix of textures and flavors, our Baked Bamboo Charcoal Pastry with Beef and Cumin and Deep-fried Crab Meat Rolls with Salted Egg will not disappoint.

In addition to exquisite dim sum, CVIEW is also proud to introduce the "Daqian Menu" inspired by the legendary Chinese artist Zhang Daqian. The creation and inspiration for the "Daqian Menu" are a combination of fate and opportunity: several years ago, the founder of CVIEW was fortunate enough to acquire a handwritten menu by Zhang Daqian himself during a dinner with friends in the 1960s. This artwork was previously cherished by Zhang Daqian's fifth daughter, Ms. Zhang Xinpei, for over fifty years until it was released in recent years and purchased by the founder of CVIEW at a Sotheby's auction in Hong Kong. Subsequently, contact was made with Zhang Daqian's family, and they generously provided the recipes and detailed cooking methods from Zhang Daqian's menu. After months of research with the chef team, this menu spanning over sixty years has finally been reinterpreted and revived.

The "Daqian Menu" offers an eight-course artistic culinary journey that delights your senses. This modern reinterpretation of the artist's home banquet pays homage to Zhang Daqian's legendary legacy while incorporating contemporary culinary techniques. Each dish is a blend of art and cuisine, creating a unique dining experience that invites you to explore the grand world of Zhang Daqian's ink wash landscapes.

CVIEW regularly holds various art and cultural lectures, collector dinners, and lifestyle workshops, providing a rich cultural and artistic atmosphere while you enjoy fine dining. Our private room services are designed to accommodate large banquets, private events, and weddings, ensuring a seamless and exclusive experience. This unique combination of culinary excellence and cultural sophistication makes CVIEW a preferred venue for many international luxury brands, fashion brands, and financial institutions to host their exclusive events.

The name "CVIEW" has profound meaning. "C" represents China, Chinese Cuisine, Culture, and Creativity; while "VIEW" represents perspective, insight, and vision. The two intersecting characters and its Chinese name "華" symbolize the blending and dissemination of the vast Chinese culture, sharing the essence of Chinese cuisine with the world. The design of Chinese screens and lines inside the restaurant embodies this concept, echoing the beautiful scenery of Victoria Harbor in West Kowloon, and showcasing the inclusive cultural temperament of China from the inside out.

The ambiance of CVIEW, conceived by acclaimed Hong Kong designer Alan Chan, architect Enoch Hui, and lighting designer Tino Kwan, further elevates the dining experience. With its Chinese screens and sleek lines, the interior design harmoniously blends Chinese culinary and cultural elements with the dynamic backdrop of Victoria Harbour, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that complements our award-winning cuisine.

We warmly invite you to explore the unique charm and unparalleled ambiance of CVIEW, where culinary excellence meets stunning views and cultural richness. Join us for an extraordinary dining experience that seamlessly blends traditional Chinese culinary artistry with modern flair, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
